On March 18, 2022, the plenary session of the Subsidiary Body on Implementation (SBI-3) began its work with chairing of Ms. Charlotta Sorquist, where the Gender, Cooperation with other Conventions, Capacity Building and Mainstreaming issues have been discussed.
The gender issue is one of the most important issues of the Convention and should be included in the Global Biodiversity Framework and implemented at the national level by the Parties to the Convention.
During the Plenary meeting, delegate of Tajikistan has made proposals and recommendations on the items of the agenda of the meeting.
